CALLING ALL EXHIBITORS…WE ARE MEETING IN PERSON THIS YEAR AND HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN US!
We’re pleased to open Exhibitor & Sponsor registration. We look forward to welcoming 90+ attendees at this program, including program executives and decision-makers, physicians and more. Critical to the success of our educational programming is the role YOU play at our conferences. Exhibiting and sponsoring is a terrific way to educate and promote your products and services and support outstanding educational outreach to Oregon hospice and palliative care providers. The exhibition area is in the core meeting area where attendees gather; exhibitors enjoy high visibility throughout the conference, including receptions, breaks and lunches. We engage conference attendees with exhibitors in many ways:
- “Exhibitor Bingo”: a fun game where attendees meet all the exhibitors for a chance to win a prize
- Exhibitors Luncheon: exhibitors are welcome to bring with them a gift for a drawing the 2nd day of the conference
- Participation in OHPCA’s Silent Auction: exhibitors are welcome to bid on donated items during our 2-day silent auction; exhibitors are also welcome to donate something to the Silent Auction to help raise additional funds for OHPCA. Sports tickets, local-flavor gift baskets (as in local to where you’re from), hand-crafted items and gift cards are always very popular!

Materials may be shipped to the Salem Convention Center at 200 Commercial Street SE in Salem, Oregon 97301. Exhibitor set up begins Monday, September 26 at 6a with breakfast at 7:30a. Take down is Tuesday, September 27 after 1:30p.
