Hello and thanks for your interest in supporting educational programming at the Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association through exhibiting and sponsoring at conferences. We’re pleased to open Vendor registration for our fall conference at beautiful Eagle Crest Resort in central Oregon!

This year’s program occurs September 23-24 and resort information can be found HERE. We anticipate 120-150 attendees at this program, including executives and decision-makers, physicians and additional hospice professionals.

Critical to the success of each state organization’s educational programming is the role of vendors at our conferences. Exhibiting and sponsoring is a terrific way to educate and promote your products and services and support outstanding educational outreach to Oregon hospice and palliative care providers. Vendors enjoy high visibility throughout the conferences, including receptions, breaks and lunches. The exhibition area is in the core meeting area where attendees gather.  Exhibitors and sponsors are invited and encouraged to attend all conference sessions, too.

2019 PPE Exhibitors and Sponsors

    Includes recognition in program, registration, breakfast, lunch, snacks for 1 person, one draped 6' table/chair, wireless internet access and one electrical outlet.
  • Price: $100.00 Quantity:
    If more than one exhibitor at conference (except for Silver & Gold sponsors), $100 per additional exhibitor.

    Includes Exhibitor package, recognition in program, plus an opportunity to have a sign on the break table both days.
  • Price: $1,500.00 Quantity:
    Includes Exhibitor package, recognition in program and website, plus signage and an opportunity to speak briefly at the Reception.

    Includes Exhibitor package for 2 attendees, recognition in program and website, plus recognition and opportunity to speak briefly at the Luncheon (2nd day of conference).

  • Important Information for Exhibitors, Sponsors

    All packages must be labeled as below or they will not be accepted by the Resort’s shipping department. Please plan for arrival of the packages no more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled conference. A lift gate is required for all items 100 pounds or more. "SHIP TO" Eagle Crest Resort Conference Center - PPE + [Your Company Name + Cell #] at 1585 Mountain Quail Drive in Redmond, OR 97756, In care of Banquet Manager. RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: At the end of the conference, have all of the cartons and boxes labeled with your outgoing address and the proper forms required by the shipping company. Exhibitors must make all of their own arrangements and phone calls with the shipping company for pick up and billing. All packages are required to be picked up within 48 hours of the end of the conference. Eagle Crest will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to improper labeling or distribution. Eagle Crest reserves the right to refuse any items that are more than 100 lbs. and not delivered with a lift gate. Eagle Crest is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are left over the 48 hour period. You may set up your table Sunday, 9/22/19 between 4p-7p or Monday morning, 9/23/19 at 7a. Exhibitors/sponsors make take down their displays after 1 pm on Tuesday, 9/24/19.
