Membership

The Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association offers 3 categories of membership:

 PROVIDERASSOCIATEINDIVIDUAL


Provider Members are corporations, agencies, or divisions who provide hospice and/or palliative careunder a single CMS Provider Identification Number (Including identified multiple locations).

Provider Member benefits extend to all members of the hospice/palliative care program and include:

  • timely regulatory support and guidance
  • access to specialized networking groups
    • End of Life Health Equity Cohort
    • Inpatient Hospice Directors & Managers
    • Physicians, Medical Directors, NPs
    • PR, Marketing, Development
    • QAPI/Regulatory
    • Volunteer Coordinators
    • Program Directors
  • listing on OHPCA’s website directory
  • discounted registration rates at Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association and Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization conferences and events
  • subscription to semi-weekly Hospice News Network
  • inclusion on mailing list for educational opportunities, fundraising events, etc.
  • voting rights and responsibilities within Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association

Dues Calculation: $400 + $5.50 per patient admissions in previous calendar year, assessed annually in July.


Associate Members 
are corporations, organizations, agencies, divisions, or businesses that have an interest in hospice and palliative care but do not provide direct hospice or palliative care services to families.

Member benefits include:

  • discounted registration rates at Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association and Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization conferences and events
  • logo and website link on OHPCA's home page Associate Member banner
  • subscription to semi-weekly Hospice News Network
  • inclusion on mailing list for educational opportunities, fundraising events, etc.

Associate Member benefits do not include access to networking groups for Provider Members. Associate members are non-voting members. Dues: $500 annually.


Individual Members
 are individuals that have an interest in hospice and palliative care but do not provide direct hospice or palliative care services to families.

Member benefits include:

  • discounted registration rates at Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association and Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization conferences and events
  • subscription to semi-weekly Hospice News Network
  • inclusion on mailing list for educational opportunities, fundraising events, etc.

Individual Member benefits do not include access to networking groups for Provider Members. Individual members are non-voting members. Dues: $50 annually.
