Individual Members are individuals who have an interest in hospice and palliative care but do not provide direct hospice or palliative care services to families.

Member benefits include:

Discounted registration rates at Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association and Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization conferences and events
subscription to semi-weekly Hospice News Network
Inclusion on mailing list for educational opportunities, fundraising events, etc.

Individual Member benefits do not include access to networking groups for Provider Members. Individual members are non-voting members. Dues: $50 annually.
