The annual regulatory conference of the Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization and Oregon Hospice & Palliative Care Association is scheduled May 7-8, 2026 at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel. We are pleased to welcome Erin Collins, The Peaceful Presence Project, Dr. Ashley Meagher and Judi Lund Person, Lund Person Associates Hospice Consulting, joined by other accomplished and respected faculty colleagues. This year, the focus of the program highlights the important role of community partnership in delivering comprehensive, person-centered end-of-life care. Better Together: Strengthening Care Through Community Partnership explores how collaboration with organizations and professionals outside of traditional hospice and palliative care can enhance care planning, broaden available resources, and better support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey.
